I am sitting in Starbucks easedropping on a couple of guys who are talking about money. They started the conversation by talking about how to beat the slots at a casino. LOL - Now they are talking about saving money and investing it. My advise take the cash you spent at the casino and put into a savings account.

This is the second time this week that an ISP has had problems with BGP protocol. First, my hosting company, Crystaltech, and now Cybertrails. Crystaltech has problems for about 3 hours and Cybertrails for 1. It is hard to explain to customers why BGP would not work. Ugh!

Ginger and I got to have a night out tonight. We did a little shopping, but the highlight of the evening was a new Greek restaurant at 59th Avenue and Peoria. The place is called Greekspice. I had Mousaka and Ginger ate Spanakopita. Both dishes were excellent. We ended our evening with some Baklava and ice cream. We will go back soon.

I have found two establishments that serve sweeten iced tea. QT Marts, Waffle House, and Off the Grill. It is very difficult to find sweeten iced tea outside of the southeastern United States. QT Mart gets much of my business. I don't drink soda, so I got to get my sugar from some where. :)

Myself and two co workers installed a new rack for our computer equipment. It is an APC Netshelter. The unit is great, but they did not do a good job of delievering it to us. We had 3 different racks delievered and one of the shelves I ordered had no hardware. We worked several hours last night and this morning to get everything installed and cleaned up. We hope to make our back office less noisy and better organized. We also purchased an UPS from APC. It has an special plug and we are going to have an electrican install an outlet for it. The entire process was challenging, but fun. We are all glad to have the rack system.

The AC guy took our motor to two repair shops to get it tested. The first one said that it needed a new motor and would take until Monday to get it the shop. He went to another shop and they said it was the modulator which was in stock. The repairman had the unit repaired by 11 AM. We got to have lunch at home. Our lunch was from a new resturant at 59th and Union Hills called Pier 83. We shared fish-n-chips.

The air conditioning at our home is broken. The repairman just told me that it may take until Monday to get the parts. Thankfully Ginger's parents live close enough that we can stay there for a few days. This morning I went home to read the warrenty for the ac unit. As I pulled into the drive way I realized our Saturn is missing. We had it parked on the street to sell and now it is gone. It has been several years since I had any problems with the Saturn being broken into or stolen. Our first few years of marriage, we lived in an apartment complex. The Saturn got stolen or broken into every couple of months. I am now waiting for the City of Phoenix Police to call to finish up my report.
